Pretty pretty pretty pretty.

I know I haven't blogged in forever, but I do have quite a good excuse. A little thing called END OF YEAR EXAMS. Oh and the fact that Facebook is taking over my life..
Thats right kids, welcome to my nightmare :D

Wunderkind Fall 09/10

When I think about the trends for Fall '09/10 I think brash shoulders, embellished tights, African queen and tassels, lots of them. But when I saw this picture of Wunderkind's Ready-to-wear Fall collection, I was pleasantly surprised. They have really thought of something different and have tried something new, as opposed to all of the Louis Vuitton devotee's who have pretty much breached the rights of plagiarism.
And although the shoulders are borderline Balmain, it still works in a printed-tights-with-a-turban kind of way.

Evolution of Man.

I love how Karl manages to maintain his relaxed demeanor even though there is a giant banana and (do I really have to say it?) right next to him.

So if you're lonely, you know I'm here waiting for you,

Dear Mr Jobs,
I don't know if you have realised this, but your company 'Apple' makes the best products in the business. Should you want to keep making the best products you possibly can, I suggest that you sort out the issues that iMac desktop computers seem to have with uploading pictures to websites such as www.blogger.com
This would be greatly appreciated.

Your sincerely
Zoe Pottinger

Ali is my hero

So check out these deco chic shoes. I think they're pretty cool and so does Ali who found them on her latest twilight internet spree.

Ashley Greene wore them who is a character in TWILIGHT. Yay.

Not sure which designer they are. Go google it.

Do I really need to say anything?
I envy the person who owns this bag.

Gold chains and Sane Games

As I was doing my daily search through the charming pages of The Satorialist I found this intriguing snapshot of a man in Milan who was wearing this wonderful shirt. I thought his glasses were pretty rocking too.

It seems the watches on the guys in Europe (especially the Italians) are getting so big and gaudy that soon they will need two wrists to carry them.

I think that is why I don't wear a watch. With phones,iPods, etc. always having a time function it is hard to justify wearing such a ginormous hunk of metal.

I found this collection a little too cohesive as a whole, the looks are a wee bit too similar to each other but there are tons of pieces I would not mind owning. At all. Hintidy hint. The leather and fur is such a win (sorry Paul McCartney and Pamela Anderson), and OMG those quilted gloves. It's like a Chanel bag was like "Screw this hanging-off-people's-shoulders scene, I'M GONNA BECOME A GLOVE."

This a look from the Burberry Porsum Winter 09 show at New York fashion week, and I LOVE it, especially the beanie which has a bit of an Alexander Wang feel to it. Also the beautiful plum colour works well with the patterned scarf.
